The company is charged to inform the applicants and general assembly about the new prices at the most 15 days after instruction notification from the beginning of Farvardin to 1^st Ordibehesht.

Receiving the revenue right is forbidden in part payment. In special occasions, it can be done by written warrant of assembly manager and the necessary commitment of applicants.

The deadline of contracts performing operations beginning is four months after conclusion of the contract. If the applicant does not perform the measures of the project according to appropriate timing and after three written notice in three months, the contract will be terminated as unilateral from the province company and the applicants won’t have the complaining right.

If the performance operation beginning out of the applicant wills became impossible in the mentioned time, at the most one year will be added to the above time by the approval of board of directors.

The following documents are necessary for the contract conclusion:

The establishment license or a valid work license

The timing tables of the project performing

Receipt of expertness and supporting services payments to the organization

Receipt of the contract pecuniary part payment to the company account and delivery of the undertaken installment promissory notes.
